This place is a *fire hazard* since they don?t seem to care that there is 20+ people waiting in a clump by the only entrance. 40... minute wait for mobile orders and was charged instead of refunded when I requested a refund. The lady rolled her eyes when Iasked for a receipt and assured me that it was being refunded, even though my bank statement says otherwise. (peep the ownerresponding with the same messages while the bad reviews keep flooding in? Clearly the owner is doing nothing to fix theseissues.) Read more

Starbucks is supposed to start your morning & this one literally ruined my morning. After having the coffee order made twice it... was watered down. The 2nd time they didn't even add the flavor I asked for. The girl who prepare & present the orders out to thecustomers was terrible & slow w/ no sense of urgency as I watched my latte melt in ice. I took 2 sips & threw that cup out ofthe window, it was just unacceptable. It's been a year since I've been in there & I love the renovation but the staff should beupdated as well.. wow! Smh any other starbucks would have been playing more customer friendly music or holiday related, notmusic about good sex & commitment. Very disappointed this morning seriously Read more

Consistently worst Starbucks I?ve been to. They?d rather talk to each other than make orders. Mobile orders are always 5-10... minutes late which is typically 20-30 minutes after I place an order. Read more

This is the worse Starbucks in Chicago. The service is extremely slow. I?ve done mobile order twice and every time I get there I... have to ask them to make my drinks, because they don?t know how to keep up or fulfill the mobile orders. They don?t even payattention to mobile orders. This place needs new management fast. Today there were multiple people in there complaining. Read more

Extremely slow service for a rather empty store and the order wasn?t as desired either.. not consistent with starbucks taste... experienced before. Clean store however with clean bathrooms. Read more

Wow. Talk about the nicest people...even during the most stressful times of the day. I am getting my Masters degree, and I jump... between campuses and labs (finishing thesis with other students involved, only I can't enroll till next year). Needless to say Isometimes look like a bum. I always need water, and I always need to get my work done using Starbucks WiFi. I have a part timejob, too....so I make a LITTLE money. But definitely not enough to survive alone. And there are days where appearances are notkept as they should.....with me, that is. They don't care. They always treat me like a human being...something quite a fewsurrounding businesses can take note of as well. I can't thank these people...manager and workers all included..... enough fordoing their job with a smile. It definitely helps. It's not just me, either. They have a smile for everyone who passes throughthat door. They made me an iced tea/lemonade/pomegranate/mango dealy. Oh my God. It was so good, and I crave it daily. This, andSweet Dreams yogurt are the best places to be when I just get paid, and I need to study. Read more

This used to be my favorite Starbucks. It is now the worst. They shut down at the first if the year and since they've reopened... its been i'm assuming under new management. All the staff is new and not friendly. The wait for our items in the morning isridiculous. The woman that used to pass out mobile orders did so with a smile. The ladies now belt out your name and talk toyou like they don't want to be there. if something is wrong they say they can't fix it or they loudly talk about the customerin the face of other customers. Part of starbucks is the experience. It makes you not so upset about spending the money you do. The experience at this Starbucks sucks! In the time it has taken me to write this review 2 people have gone up and asked forrefunds due to the wait. Read more

Staff was courteous. And orders were taken promptly. My one dislike is the drink orders took too long to be completed. One... should never wait 10 plus minutes for a frap and the store isn't crowded. Read more
