Starbucks is supposed to start your morning & this one literally ruined my morning. After having the coffee order made twice it... was watered down. The 2nd time they didn't even add the flavor I asked for. The girl who prepare & present the orders out to thecustomers was terrible & slow w/ no sense of urgency as I watched my latte melt in ice. I took 2 sips & threw that cup out ofthe window, it was just unacceptable. It's been a year since I've been in there & I love the renovation but the staff should beupdated as well.. wow! Consistently worst Starbucks I?ve been to. They?d rather talk to each other than make orders. Mobile orders are always 5-10... minutes late which is typically 20-30 minutes after I place an order. Read more
This is the worse Starbucks in Chicago. The service is extremely slow. I?ve done mobile order twice and every time I get there I... have to ask them to make my drinks, because they don?t know how to keep up or fulfill the mobile orders. This place is a *fire hazard* since they don?t seem to care that there is 20+ people waiting in a clump by the only entrance. 40... minute wait for mobile orders and was charged instead of refunded when I requested a refund.
