The drinks were not made correctly. Iced passion fruit tea NO WTR and iced black tea powdered did not have any sugar and water... was added. It may be due to the worker?s inexperience but the overall place and service was very nice. Read more

Overall I like visiting this Starbucks. I frequently come to this store but; -For winter: Inside is too cold, AC doesn?t work... properly especially the one on the door. I guess they don?t want us to stay longer. -Sometimes: Slow, long line. Using onlineorder, you don?t want to wait in line, but mostly they don?t open their online system. -Self-pay parking is available. Read more
I wish I could give negative stars! Our beautiful Sunday was totally ruined by Starbucks at this location. They did mistake in... our order and started to fight and insult us instead of apologize and correct their mistake! Why? Because we don?t look like anative American? Are you spending time on training your employees at all? Because the first and foremost rule, i.e., notinsulting customers, has been overlooked. What we saw today was the definition of rudeness and RACISM! You should spend a loton training your employees and you?d better to start it from this particular location! Worst service ever. The espresso machine was down and they didn't have any sign to indicate that. And started getting irritated... when everyone was asking for espressos but no one knew. The toaster was also not working and it still took them 15min just tograb me a non toasted plain crescent. Almost wanted to give everything backa ND ask for a refund but their line was so longbecause the service was so slow. Poor customer service and poor communication. Read more
