Reviews for Starbucks in Chicago, IL
Can someone wake up Starbucks employees at this location. They are barely moving and talking behind the counter.
Thus is a full sized starbucks in side of a target! Impressed! Because of covid the person taking my order let me know that you... are not allowed to eat or drink in side of target and asked if I was done shopping. I was but I greatly appreciate them tellingme before I ordered. Read more

I come here because of the convenience. My wife shops Target, I sit and enjoy a Starbucks beverage. Well, not the first time,... probably not the last. Starbucks is closed before its advertised time. Really not a nice thing to do. As far as the crew behindthe counter, it depends who is here. A few care, a few get distracted by someone they know here at Target. Some just "do enoughto pass." You caught me at a bad time. I'm very unhappy and this is what happens. I have come to expect less customer service atevery Starbucks location I've been to. I keep giving opportunity but you've failed again. Now Target customers wander in toStarbucks cafe area and look dumbfounded... not even a sign for courtesy sake! Read more

He claimed it was expresso .but I drink it every single day so I know the difference betweenregular coffee and expresso not happy and will not shop there ever again at that Starbucks not a happy customer. A nice experience at this new Starbucks inside target. I bought a couple of travel mugs and the ladies were nice enough to... explain what size they were since it didn't say on them. I like the larger size of this new location more spacious. Read more
I was surprised to see a Starbucks come in to the Riverfront Plaza mall (on Elston, a block or so down from the... Elston/Diversey/Western corner) ... maybe because I'm a "downtown" guy, and don't typically "do malls", that I never think ofStarbucks in that context, but this one is a nice little "storefront" Starbucks just like you'd find down in the Loop. Becausethat mall has four stores that I will occasionally shop at (most notably, one of the few Dollar Stores that one can get to{relatively} easily on public transportation), I find myself over there every month or so. Frankly, the biggest draw forStarbucks there is that you KNOW that you'll be able to use the facilities ... which is a bonus in that environment. Whilebeing a smaller space, they still have several tables at which one could comfortably work, and I've on occasion (while my wifehas some "Target time" across the street) killed some time in there caffeinating with a good book.
