I come to this location every single day early morning for a cup of coffee and croissant. There is one employee who doesn't even... smile or greet. Whenever I order and pay thru mobile app I wait for 10-15 min to pick up my order. That person does thisintentionally at cashier. Actually when I pay thru the app I don't have to tell my name. That person only does that. He doesn'tput my name on orders and keeps me waiting. Today because of him I waited for my order 10 min. Usually at 8 a.m is extremelybusy. How do I know my order is ready or not if there is no my name on it?The staff didn't apologize for that. I put my ordersat 8:13a.m and waited for 10 minutes.
