have not had any problems with the employees or my drinks, they've been great but the music in this place is way too loud!! i... can hear the music through my noise cancelling headphones, it's almost impossible to get some work done in here. i understand itmight not a cafe to sit and do work but wow can barely even have a conversation in this place with the volume of the music.. The guy who works there was kinda rude and impatient. An older gentleman (who was a customer) asked him for a cup of water, he... told him he was busy and has to wait in that long line, bro it?s just 3 seconds to get him that cup. Yea you work by yourselfand busy but come on! Read more

I don't really leave reviews like that but this is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I came in 09/17, 30 minutes before... close time and the two girls working there (Sydney and the manager or something) were trying to be funny. I ordered a ventivanilla shaken expresso, they put wayyyyy too much ice and barely put any oat milk. We asked for it to be remade and they didn'teven fill up all the way just because I asked for light ice.. I just asked for a refund tbh. Just leaving this review for otherpeople to beware not to come in the last hour of closing because people don't wanna do their job correctly. Read more

The employee name Mark or whatever he?s name was. he was so rude, I stayed in drive thru long line after finally getting my... drink it was not what I order, when I asked politely to the lady he came in and asking me what did I want actually when I toldhim he snatched the drink from my hand and throw it with very aggressive looks and movement he went to make another drink, thisis not how Starbucks Employee should be treating customers, people spend thousand of dollar every year here, I have been cominghere for almost 8 years in those 8 years I have seen and heard what they employee have been doing to other customers, Starbucksshould keep their employee in check. Unfortunately this gentleman denied me of half and half creamer lol when I ordered medium coffee, I asked for everything to be... on the side. He gave me so less of half and half creamer that I asked for lil more he said he can't give me anymore. He saidhis the manager here lol, I been coming to this location since Starbucks open at this location. It's very unfortunate to hire amanager like this who has no experience at all towards the costumers, extremely rude and unprofessional. Read more

The average time at the drive thru ordering is almost 30 minutes during the rush hours. If you running low on the office time... this location is your worst decision to stop by. Inside customer count is way to faster then the puw. Read more

Did a quick stop here and they did not disappoint me and my daughter, our drink's were made to perfection. There was a little... wait as they were busy, however it was worth the wait. The drink we went in for they were not able to make as they were out ofan ingredient to make it, the second choice was a good alternative. Read more
