Very disappointed in what I experienced today by the cashier around about 10:30 am. I wanted to pay for my purchase with gift... card and she directed to scan which I was confused because it wasn't a qr code on the back. Once she seen that the card didn'tregister she snatched the card out my hand and I told her I didn't understand why she wanted me to scan she say "oh I thought itwas a barcode on the back". Then she slammed her hand down on the table when I was paying via my phone. I was scared because Ididn't know what was wrong with her. If you don't know how to work under pressure Starbucks should be the last place you work.Very traumatizing and embrassing experience for me. Read more
