The coffee was not hot. Also I had a reward on my account that I was saving up - now it has disappeared. I feel cheated.

Attitudes, attitudes,attitudes!!! The service was horrible no smiles, greetings just a What Choo won't every time someone one... came up to the counter for service. I made a semi mistake and reached for someone's bag (which was closed) and a cashier yelledhey. that's not you, here yours." Idc about the misspelling of my name, the Starbucks on 63rd and Halsted (Chicago) is probably the best Starbucks I've ever been... to. The ladies I've encountered are so nice and sweet l, they deliver excellent service and they make a perfect cup of whateveryou ask them to make. I love it. Read more
I have visited Starbucks all over the United States and a few other Countries as well. This is my favorite one out of all of... them. The team of ladies here run this place with pride and efficiency. I ordered a iced caramel macchiato. When I received it, it was a mess and didn't look like the size I ordered. On my way home I... took a sip, IT WAS ALL MILK. I used to make Starbucks coffee beverages where I used to work and this that I was given was in nocomparison. Did not taste like it had the espresso shot in it and had a lot of ice causing it to spill all on my clothes andbags I had. This was not an authentic/standard Starbucks beverage. First and very last time I will visit this particularlocation. And they had to give me two cups, that's just how messy it was. Read more
