I used to love this Starbucks and even loved the manager with the cute pixie cut, but have had too many negative experiences to... go back. I called to get a refund because my chai latte had espresso in it, they then called me back and said my drink in factdid not have espresso because they made it themselves. I hate the taste of coffee so I knew it had coffee in it, went it got myrefund all to have one of the employees very rudely interact with me. This could be a great Starbucks if they were more kind totheir customers. Read more

Received my order, wrong size, didn?t taste like my order with extra shots. Received a grande when I order a venti. The dude... communicated to me that he?ll correct it by just adding milk in it. LOL trash. I spent $10 for them to just put coffee and milkin it. I didn?t want to cause a scene, so I?m writing this review. Why would you get it wrong twice. Price is high, productquality is low, customer service is trash. I won?t hire the people who work here to make ice water. Lol. Why would I spend mymoney here next time or any Starbucks? It?s true that they intentionally make your drink incorrectly because employees seem likethey don?t want to do their job correctly, it wasn?t even busy. Zero stars! Read more
