I love coming here, I mostly come in the drive through but I came in the store once. Every time I come here the staff is always... kind, hasty, and professional. Shout out to Wesley (I believe is his name), he is always kind and has a positive attitude whenhe services me (even complimented me on my makeup). Was there Saturday around 12pm rude employee at the window (drive thru), She handed the drink to me was squeezed a bit and the... drink spilled on me. Worker was just looking at me showing no care at all, we had to ask her for napkins. She didn?t apologizeor offer any kind of help. Very unprofessional. Read more
Guess it's my tattoos or maybe beard. But how do 5 people who order behind me all get their orders before mine? In the lobby... 15min. Then I have to go ask at the register did they forget my drink. Numerous times I come here and give them my name and theyalways announce everybody else's name when I got to go up and read labels on random people's drinks to see which is mine. Mydrink was ready behind the counter out of reach just sitting there. And you'd think if the line in the drive thru is packed andnobody is inside youd get your order faster NOPE THEY MAKE SURE DRIVE THRU IS TAKEN CARE OF FIRST. It was not that busy here. Seems like it was just people ready to talk to each other other than take orders. Stood in line... almost 20 minutes before I placed my order. Then another 10 to get my frappe. Not in a rush to go back to this location. Read more
Also known as The Brickyard, this particular Starbucks is BIG. But like all Starbucks it still has its own type of ?intimacy?.... Everything that the SB Universe offers can be found here. The baristas are knowledgeable, engaged, and as usual, quite friendly.The sheer size lends itself well to getting some work done while you enjoy whatever you ordered. And Free and Fast WiFi withdownload speeds stable at about 40Mbps makes your work get done very quickly. Although not the closest SB to me I will make aspecial trip just for the uniqueness of experience that the larger space creates. And meeting new people is a given. Greatcoffee. Great people. Usually nothings wrong with my sisters and I order but this time when we received our drinks in the drive thru and she got an... ice shaken espresso, it was filled pretty low. For the price and an extra amount of ice I think she should?ve gotten it redonewith no ice. Read more
