My local Starbucks with a drive-through hit this quite often when taking my partner to work
I waited 40 minutes to place an order for an ice coffee?Meanwhile the drive thru was zooming by..
Service is incredibly slow. Ordering ahead doesn't even help.
The barista are rather nice and friendly when I come here. However, I have now twice had to wait quite a while for just a single... iced lemon loaf. One time I waited 10 minutes and the other over 5. The drive through is always busy, I understand, but it isfrustrating to see the drive through line get cleared with far more complex orders before I received something that just needsto be handed over with little preparation. Friendliest staff of any Starbucks. One thing I will mention is there is no indoor seating. It is very much a To go and drive... through concept only. This is fine but if you are looking for a place to sit and work this won?t be it unless you like theoutdoors! Other than that, they?re super quick, friendly and professional! Read more
This location is alright I?m really super disappointed with my last visit though. My cup was given to me a quarter empty, had I... not been on the way to work with a line running into traffic behind me I would?ve asked for a full cup. Drinking it feltviolating ? like I was finishing someone else?s cup! ???? This is the closest starbucks to my house by a landslide but this wasjust too disrespectful to return (photo taken immediately after pulling away). It didn?t dawn on me how bogus this was until Iwent to another Starbucks today and was sipping my coffee for 15 minutes before it got to this level. If you?re going to buy a$7 coffee don?t do it at this location; you?ll get about $4.50?s worth. Read more
