I found a hair in my gelato a few days ago. I work down the street and thought I'd treat myself since the weather was getting... warmer but moments later I noticed hair in my gelato and instantly threw it away. If it means anything, the gelato wasn't verygood anyway (not terrible, but not all that...). Please avoid this place, it doesn't seem very clean. Read more
DONT PATRONIZE THIS STORE. They work with ?Innovative Parking Solutions LLC? to scam people by booting your car and making you... pay $170 to get it off. Despite there being no other cars parked in the lot and leaving your car for less than a minute. Theparking attendant waits there to catch people leaving the lot. Would never eat at this place that preys on people in thecommunity. (Sure, may be justifiable if parking were tight or an issue, BUT IT?S NOT). Read more
When you can actually get in, the gelato is great. Problem is their hours are a complete mystery. Completely disregard what's on... google, not at all right, sometimes we'll walk by in the middle of the day and they'll be closed, and we'll come by at 9:30 atnight and be open. 5.0 star rating 8/16/2017 My husband and I wanted something different for dessert at our wedding, not your typical wedding... cake. We did a lot of research and in the end, we hired Caffe Gelato and it was such a hit! Anthony was very easy to work withand made the process very simple. We ended up getting four different flavors that were all delicious (hazelnut, pistacio,stracciatella, and lemon sorbet). Our guests said it was delicious and we loved how unique it was! We also had their ice creamcart that we wheeled over for a 'ceremonial first scoop'. I should also mention they were incredibly reasonable. Lastly, we hadsome lemon sorbet lefotover and they let us pick it up and bring it back home with us. I definitely recommend Caffe Gelato forany event you are contemplating. Read more
A cute little gelato and coffee shop. There was music from the 1920's playing when we were there last summer. 2 ships of... gelato were $3.99, sundaes 6.99, shakes and floats $6-$6.75. Prices are very reasonable. #CityExperts. @Localguides Read more
I only recently started coming here. The gelato is amazing but the service is even better. I witnessed Christina O. serve over... thirty customers by herself. She moved so fast and no one, not even the little kids complained. The combination of deliciousgelato/coffee and AMAZING customer service definitely earns five stars. Read more
Hands down the best gelato I've ever had! I've never been to Italy so I can't compare to the gelatos served there but wow, I am... so amazed. I have tried so many different places for gelato and always have returned here. The pistachio is absolutelyamazing. My mouth is watering just writing about it. It's a bit pricey though considering you're paying almost 5 bucks for ascoop-size of gelato but it's well worth it. YUMMY!!! Read more
I came here and everyone was so nice and warm. They have a wide variety of tasty looking food but I ordered a Chai and it was... cozy and comforting. They have dog treats too! I plan on coming back here and trying more! Read more
