Snappy Dog is a little hole in the wall eatery that features depression dogs , jumbo dogs and cheese dogs . Agood chicago dog... ,with the neon green sweet relish , and agood hand full of fries make up the usual sandwich . Its located in the Edison Parkbusiness district ,just a half a store front wide but it has a Chicago staple food that everyone likes and hes open late after2am . Sandwiches are good. Fries were BAD. Tasted like they sat in a fridge for a week and then just put in with the hot food. Not... edible. Dry, sawdust and chewy. Very disappointed!!! Please cook your fries snd keep them fresh ! Read more
The atmosphere is perfection. Tiny store with standing room only. The snappy dog itself was great, but the bun and fries were... soggy from being in the warmer too long. Absolutely killer mozzarella sticks, but marina sauce was ice cold. Overall decent butmissing the mark on execution. Read more

Always great, and open late! I often come here for a late night snack. The service is very fast and the staff is friendly.... Definitely make sure to get the Snappy Stix (giant fried mozzarella sticks) with the marinara dipping sauce! I also love thatthey have the Mexican Coke with real sugar in glass bottles. Read more
