Save your money and don?t come here, this place sucks. Go to Burger Moovment instead, way better quality and friendlier... staff. The man cooking, a tall white, older man, was very rude. Rude to the cashier who was just trying to get my order. Theonion rings shouldn?t even be called onion rings they?re more like strings. They were already cold and my burger was soggy withgrease. Colorado Crispy Chicken Sandwich that?s supposed to come with pepperjack cheese, melted cheddar cheese, and grilled Anaheimpeppers?I got none of that! Overpaid and underwhelmed! First timer, burgers were tasty, I had the classic, my guy got the bacon burger. Fries not included, we ordered two shakes. The... cashier seem to be new, not knowing much. We got our food, but not the shakes. We waited, waited finally went in to ask. We gota cup of water because we were thirsty. A employee came out to tell us that the ice cream was frozen and couldn?t get ourshakes. We asked for refund on the shakes and be compensated with a drink. They employee said ? credit won?t happened and left?.My guy became upset and went in to ask about what was going on. We did get our shakes after we had finished our meals. Customerservice must improve to get 5 stars. And did I mention, it was $33 dollars for the burgers, a fry and shakes. Read more
Wow. It will be a long time before I go here again. Not only do I believe I was overcharged, it took forever to get my food.... They seemed rather disorganized. I watched customer after customer who ordered after me get their food and leave. When Iquestioned why, I was told, with an attitude, it was because I ordered a grilled chicken to be added to the Cobb salad Iordered. Seriously! Then when I questioned my bill the kid who tried to explain it to me was not very clear, even he couldn?tunderstand how my order was rung up and then said, well okay, here?s your food. At that point I was so aggravated that I took myfood and left. Finally, you are over priced for the quality and quantity of the food received. I?m a small business owner andunderstand the importance of good customer service, unfortunately, I didn?t experience it tonight. Read more
Food was good, the girl that took my order was nice and so but not very knowledgeable( from what I?ve heard that?s the norm for... all of the part timers here.) al of the other workers were nice with one exception..The older gray haired man in the all blackuniform who I assume was the manager was very rude. Everyone that walked in he yelled at rudely ?yea take out only?..notnecessary no one was asking for dine in. They lock the doors before they close the restaurant. Wish I could take back my tipback bc all of the rudeness came after I paid and tipped. Oh well lesson learned. Edit: forgot add a picture of the large frywith rosemary etc on it. An upscale burger chain like this isn't a new thing by any stretch of the imagination, but these guys do it better than most.... The double chorizo burger was both substantial and spicy, although their fries aren't anything special. Definitely worth yourwhile, although paying over $15 for a combo might make you pass it up (a regular one-patty burger goes at about $2 less) ifyou're especially budget conscious. Storefront and bathroom were clean as well, and that's a plus. Read more
We discovered this place for mistake. We stop in a Starbucks to get a cuppa coffee. Cross of the parking lot was the mash burger... and we familiar with that one. We were very excited when we see it and we processed to going inside and order the classic doubleit was the dishes it was fine. It was incredible and definitely it is to stop to come in to enjoy burger that a style. Read more
