I don't even know where to begin. This is a group of Miracle workers! I called them with only 2 days to turn around a VEGAN &... GLUTEN FREE custom Blueberry Cream birthday cake for me. Even though this wasn't an option on their menu, they were confidentthey could do this for me and in my extremely short time frame. I was skeptical. It was all just too easy. And at the rightprice! The value was great. I told Megan it was my birthday and that I wanted it to look 'pretty' but that I wouldn't have thefirst clue how. There were so many add on options for a fee but I didn't ask for any bc I wasn't sure how it would look. To my(pleasant) surprise, when they delivered the cake ON TIME, she had given me a complimentary upgrade in design - it was prettyobvious! And I was in love. But then it was finally time to cut the cake. I was nervous - vegan and gluten free; and it'sPRETTY?! Hmmm... How will it taste though??? DECADENT! That's how! Extremely moist. Not too sweet. You could taste the freshnessof the blueberries. It was absolutely the best cake I have EVER had! The cake feeds 15. I only had 6 people over and I only had2 slices left over to freeze that night. This was my first time ordering a custom cake. The employee who took my order was really nice and helpful. I explained that... there was a certain image I wanted and a quote. The employee explained that the two character images would be printed out. Iexplained how the images and the quote were from a certain scene in a tv show. Everything seemed to be going great. The day thecake was delivered I was left disappointed. The quote I wanted was there and the decoration looked great. However, the imagesprinted out were nothing like the ones from the image I had sent the employee in the first place. All they had to do was printit out and so I have no idea why they couldn?t print out the ones I provided or at least something similar. To make mattersworse the taste of the cake left something to be desired. However, what I cared more about was the two character images. This isthe last time I order a custom cake. Thought I would give this place a try since I usually go with Molly's bakery. The ordering process was easy enough and... everything looked great. Until I received a text message from them telling me that they had overbooked for the day and would beunable to deliver my order today, mind you they didn't notify my until nearly 2:30 in the afternoon making finding another placeto deliver today impossible. The cupcakes were for my mother in laws birthday and now she will be getting nothing at all. Icalled and spoke with someone there I believe her name was Monica she was unapologetic and did not offer any solution to me tofix the problem. So they may make a great cupcake, but I will never be able to attest to that as their customer service leaves alot to be desired and I will do my very best to spread the word! Read more
In october of 2017, they did a rush order( 3 days) for my grandmother -in-law 80th bday party. The cake was amazing, everyone... loved it. I am going to have them do a cake for my grandmother's 70th. I am giving them more time so, I expect this cake tobe spectacular. Read more
The red velvet topping was awesome. The cake itself was ok. With the taste of the topping I hoped the cheese would be awesome,... but it was just ok. I also has an espresso and that was good. This is a place I would go to again if I were near it. Hopefullythe others cupcakes are good as well. Read more
Absolutely amazing customer service and delicious s'mores! Such a fun concept to roast your own s'mores at the table. We were... lucky enough to arrive as a batch of cookies was being prepared and after cooling, these delightful s'mores assemblage wasbrought to our table and the roasting began. The results were amazing, gooey, melty, delicious and so satisfying. I had a saltedcaramel marshmallow with the chocolate chip cookie "sandwich" and it was incredible!
