Just now had little bite before seeing movie. When I walked in I was hesitant to stay from observing their crew, see pic for... example, but I was hungry for a burger. The cashier was pleasant,he originally rang in wrong sandwich ( see pic of receipt) ,but redid it when I noticed higher price. Maybe he was new? The sandwich was tasty, but more than likely won't be back. You eatwith your eyes too, and must feel confident the people making your food are careful, and eager to keep their job....update....aug.24 2022.?.after this review shake shack reached out via email and offered a code to get a free meal. Iappreciate their effort, but unfortunately to be able to redeem it you could only order online (which meant I had to register abank card/credit card) for payment even tho I wouldn't owe any money. Has the chicken sandwich. Very very good. My husband got the burger and was very impressed. The cashier was super friendly and... advised us to get small drinks as they provided free refills. He was an older gentleman and very good at his job. The youngergirls on the line who gave me my refill, was not as friendly. They were mostly interested in each other, rather than theircustomers. Shake shack never lets me down. The food is always impeccable and absolutely delicious. As a vegetarian, it's nearly impossible... to find a burger that isn't either a black bean burger or an impossible burger, but their shrooms burger changed the playingfield. The best part about it is that it's the perfect size along with fries. If I go out with friends, we split a shake, whichby the way is heavenly. Lots of times you overeat because the portion size is huge or they give too many fries, but shake shackgives the perfect amount of everything. Definitely worth a visit. Read more

Good fast hamburgers, chicken and more. Fries are extra. They tasted great, a little on the smaller side though. The chocolate... shake was very thick and tasted very chocolaty. They do have beer as well as soft drinks and tea. $30.00 for the two of us. Read more
Went around 10PM because it was one of the only things still open. It was crowded. We opted to order from the kiosk to make it... quicker. Waited about 20-25 minutes for food. The burger was good. The bacon and cheese fries didn't have much bacon or cheese.Customer service was average but they were swamped and most of the customers were grouchy, so it's understandable. Read more
I?m going to give this place 5 stars for their tasty burgers and efficiency in ordering and food served in a timely manner.... Place was well run and the food was fresh and tasty with ordering kiosks that work intuitively and are easy to use. My son atehis whole cheeseburger and for someone who always prefers chicken over burgers that?s a huge deal. Would return. Read more
Very clean, quick, and delicious. Fries were hot and burgers were great. On the cheaper side of eating while in Chicago, but... not any less good. We actually came twice due to being close to our hotel and needing a quick bite. Plus the shakes are superthick and yummy! Read more
