My first time at Shake Shack. The food was alright, but you don't get much for the cost. The shake was alright. The hamburger... was on the small side (about the size of two "sliders"). Could have been better, could have been worse. Read more
Kinda pricey for not much flavor and tiny portion size. They are also missing a good sauce to go on the burger. It?s kinda dry.... I got the new cheeseburger with bacon and fired onions and it honestly lacked any flavor. Tried a few other burgers and they alllacked flavor. The meat quality looked good but no flavor. Disappointed by slow service. Literally no one in line and there were 3 people in the front. I had to wait realistically 2-3... minutes but it felt like 5 because there were 3 people there just talking. Ketchup was out, I had to go ask to get it refilled,trash and trays were overfilled.
