Horrible pickup experience! They left my food sitting in the wrong area for over 10 mins after it was supposed to be ready. Then... put my drinks inside a paper bag to carry out as if drinks aren?t wet/heavy and won?t seep through a paper bag. It got all myfood wet and tore the bag?s bottom so the drinks fell out? $4 too be precise. I paid too much money to be eating a soggy burgerand cold wet fries with a side of air to wash it all down with. 0/10 do not recommend carry out with this location. Read more
not exaggerating: hands down best burger I've had in my life, and I've had a lot. Got the double cheeseburger with bacon and It... was fresh off the grill greasy goodness. Patties were hot, succulent and perfectly crisp. buns were perfectly soft and warm.Frozen custard was the perfect end. Not all shake shacks are exceptional, but this one was. Used to be reliable but has gone downhill. Mobile app orders are frequently incorrect or not ready on time. And unfriendly... interactions with employees simply trying to convince them to make and give me the food I already paid for. Read more
My family was nearby and decided to try the burgers because of you tube raving about them. We were very disappointed. The only... thing is the meat was good quality but there was no flavor. Food was made fresh and of high quality. Distinct flavor was noticeably missing from burger. Fries were great. It wasn't... anything special and not really a place I will choose first when desiring anything that is on their menu. I might come back andtry their shakes to see if they live up to the name of the place. Read more
The service was fast and not crowded at all. The double burger was pretty good but I like EPIC more BUT EPIC costs more. Also... the bacon was only okay and not enough. One last thing was the young man at the counter could not answer my question of what canbe placed on the burger and that was annoying as I grew up being taught that the correct answer was that I may not know but thatI would find someone who does know. If you love to get a burger with a shake, then this is a great spot. Their simple smashed burger with the thick delicious shake... is a great mix. Gotta admit that the portions of sandwiches are small and you will need more than one sometimes, but they worththe try. I would prefer that the restaurant is enlisted as $$ instead of $ thought to be more precise of what you will be payingto be satisfied. The fried chicken sandwich is delicious, but the crust is a little bit extra salty. Other than that, i lovedboth beef and fried chicken sandwiches. The shake is very good in flavor and thickness, and you can add malt powder for 50c. Read more
Felt sorry for the staff. If I could hire them, I would. A business model built on marketing, and underwhelming in-house dining... experience. Would have rather gone to Burger King and gotten better food. McDonald's would have provided a betteratmosphere. When I'm comparing you to the aforementioned, you know you're in trouble. Read more
