Pizza was doughy and tasted cheap...used to love Sbarro but no more especially at these high prices
Food is ok but staff is extremely rude. Asked for manager and when confronted she was very apologetic. Fact is that the... restaurant business is extremely competitive, you don't take GOOD care of your customers and they'll go somewhere else.
