I ordered a pizza online, the tracker said it was baking for about an hour (way longer than the online estimate), and then all... the sudden it said delivered. I go to check and there was no pizza delivered at all. I'm extremely upset. No notifications,nothing. I called multiple times and they never picked up the phone. Very unhappy with this. Placed and online order for pizza and hot wings, When ordered arrived wings were not the wings I ordered and they were burnt.... Attempted to call and speak to a manager spoke with a young lady named Alicia who told me that it was nothing she could dobecause I ordered from a 3rd party which is gosarpinos.com which I thought was a there website. Definitely not 100 percentcustomer satisfied, I order from this restaurant all the time and this is the first time my order was wrong and that I receivedbad service. Love this joint yo . I order from here all the dang time . My goto meal is a 12 inch thin pie with Alfredo sauce instead of... marinara , Grilled chicken and smoked bacon . well done with 4 garlic butters . The are the best yo . or a meatball calzonewith creamy garlic .I eat the pie for 4 days or the calzone for 2 .I have lost 100+ pounds eating this allmost every day anddrinkin a gang of beers . also I worked out allmost every day . That much I can do . I have the MS and have limited mobility .Moms really digs the baked pastas and deserts . They are open late as all heck and every day of the year at that . For some strange reason, this place no longer knows what "well done" means. I even called and informed them the last time I... ordered well done it was the total opposite and made me physically sick.
