I ordered a pizza from here on 11/05/21, and the pizza never came!! I got my confirmation email, order tracker quoted me about... 45 minutes, and then went by 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours.... I tried calling the restaurant to no avail. Their advertised phonenumber somehow transferred me to the Sarpino's West Loop location (I guess maybe their phone was turned off, and Sarpino's ITforwarded me to another? Lol). The lady from the West Loop location was very nice and felt sorry for my situation, I guess Ishouldve ordered from there!! I get that times are tough for restaurants and delivery services, and there's a shortage ofworkers. But if you arent going to fulfill orders turn off the online ordering system for your store. I was left in an awkwardspot where I had no idea if my pizza would ever come, and had to decide whether or not to roll the dice and order my dinnerelsewhere. I have picked up orders from here a LOT and often late night after midnight?. Every time I go? there is this one youngish female... employee maybe mid twenties who closes the store and is always incredibly rude?. She locks the main door before closing and hasturned me away numerous times even though I have already placed a order that I am coming to pick up? she consistently closes thestore over 30 minutes before close time and leaves the open sign flashing?.. the entire opening to the restaurant is made up ofwindows and she sees me and other customers waving and completely ignores customers? she?s cold and rude and clearly hates herjob? I don?t get how she is still employed when she?s making the company lose business? I never want to go here because of her. Read more
Staff is extremely unprofessional! I ordered from them via Grubhub & when i walked over to pick up my order, their doors were... locked. I knocked several times and the employees inside ignored me. Finally after a few minutes i decided to call them becausei needed my order. Once i had my order, i called the manager to ask why their doors were locked and why they ignored me whenthey saw me knocking. She approached me in a very disgraceful, disgusting, and unprofessional tone along with a foul attitudeand then hung up on me. Where are you guys hiring these people? My dog has better manners. Not sure who the owner of thisestablishment is but may i suggest hiring PROFESSIONAL staff members & individuals who care about providing better customerservice. I absolutely loved it. Maybe I've been on a calzone kick recently, maybe Sarpino's has the absolute best calzones of all time,... who's to say?! I got a CYO calzone and the italian one, it was so good, I had to order it again the next time to make sure Iwasn't dreaming. I ordered delivery through the Slice app. They were a little confused by my address, but called me quickly andit was resolved. There guys are open late and ALWAYS get it quick and right, I haven't had the opportunity to try anything elseon the menu or even see the place, yet here I am; writing a review for a delivery calzone, it's that good. I ordered delivery, waited an extra hour for it to arrive, and ended up with this. I immediately called and sent them this photo... and was told I would be getting a refund. A week and a half later and 2 more phone calls, I'm still waiting on myrefund. ----update---- It's been a few months and still no refund. Take your business elsewhere Read more
This was our first time trying Sarpino's and we were not disappointed! The delivery was pretty quick and the pizza was amazing!... My boyfriend was a huge fan of their hot wings! Definitely will be ordering again for our guests. Read more
