We had literally so much food. Came at an earlier time so not too many people. The plates took over the entire table- I don't... even know how we finished everything. Food was authentically delicious and staff were nice Read more

You get to grill your own food at your table. Really fun experience. You order the meat you want to grill and they bring out... the meat with a pile of side dishes. A little pricy, but for a fun evening of food, authentic Korean, it's worth it. Three ofus ate well with lots of leftovers for $100 total. It is authentic, so don't go there looking for hotdogs. Go there for goodKorean food. Read more

Honestly I think that this is the best spot in Chicago for an authentic banchan experience. The meat was well marinated and... there are a TON of side plates (I think there were more than 20 for just two of us). The tteokbokki was also delicious. Despitesome initial hesitation given the negative online reviews, I found the waitresses to be very friendly and attentive. The totalbill was $100 for two of us, which was reasonable considering that we walked away absolutely stuffed. Read more

my friend and i venture here for authentic korean food and we were satisfied. We got doenjang jigae, al jigae (cod roe stew),... and tobboki. Everything tasted clean with deep flavor and a good spice kick. The price is very reasonable for how much food theygive us. Theres also a wide selection of banchan. I’ll def come back here to try their bbq items! Read more

We got different bbq meats and a soup that the server recommended. The marinated bbq meat tasted better then the pork belly. The... pork belly was just too thin and also too chewy. The marinated short ribs were fantastic. The soup was a bit flavorless giventhat we were eating heavily marinated meat. Store was smoky but service wasn’t bad. They change the bbq rack frequently whichis a plus. Read more

Food was hearty and hit the spot on a cold rainy day. Their soups really hit the spot. We had their ???? (a goat meat stew) and... it had more meat than my party could eat. They also gave a ridiculous amount of banchan! We also ordered some barbeque meats, which were all pretty good, and not too expensive for the portions. The pork belly was pretty thin though. The entire restaurantwas very very smokey (their ventilation system doesn't seem to be the best), but I guess that's to be expected at a place thatserves kbbq. Read more

I am hesitate to put a 4 stars here. The numbers of sides were tremendous which could be refilled as you may experience in South... Korea. The pork belly and tongue were great. Foods were all great! The thing that bothered me was the services. This was myfirst time to be forced to pay more tip as we were party of only 4 people. It was dinner and I know most people gave 18% tip,but I have never seen any restaurant force their customer to pay a certain amount of tip as you did not pay the check. Read more
