Giving this place one star is honestly pretty generous. One star is for the cleanliness and comfort of the room for our group of... 20 people. But beyond that, it was a horrible & overpriced experience. Three main reasons: (1) Beware of the hidden fees thatthey do not share prominently - 20% service fee for all room bookings and 20% gratuity for food and drink ordered from your roomwith no option to change. Highly recommend ordering all drinks from the bar where you can choose your gratuity amount. 20% isnormally what I would tip for good service, but 20% just for the room booking? Unacceptable. (2) The entire staff, with theexception of one person, was either incredibly rude or unhelpful. (3) Drinks are weak. I took a group of 60+ yr olds for mymom?s birthday. They are all two drinks max type of people - not here given the limited amount of alcohol in the cocktails. Ifyou?re looking for a great experience with great staff and reasonable pricing - DO NOT go here!!! Read more

Bar looks nice, the people working there are very polite. The music selection was extremely limited though. What really annoyed... me is that the songs weren't real karaoke songs. Instead they're music videos with lyrics to sing along to. Regardless, had funbut not what i was expecting. Read more

It was a fun time with my group of friends, but the drinks are definitely watered down and way overpriced?which was to be... expected. Being drunk is never the goal, but I spent a lot of money on drinks but wasn?t even tipsy lol ????. The musicselection was a little limited if you enjoy Black artists in r&b and hip hop genres. Staff was very short, which I didn?tpersonally care for, but they were nice and respectful, I suppose. ???? Read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My family and I went here recently, because karaoke is a big deal in our family and... our culture. We know what makes a good karaoke, and what does not. So, we came in the hopes of having a good time but we leftwith disappointment and frustration. The staff did not present themselves well to us after we buzzed them in a few times to helpus with operating the Karaoke. One staff seemed very agitated and had a sour expression on her face. We all agreed that theaudio was way too loud, so my dad couldn't take it anymore he had to step out but he was kicked for "loitering" in the mainlobby. The karaoke selection itself was not good, it was very outdated, although they did have most of the current Hollywoodartists on there. Honestly, the future of Karaoke now is YouTube. If you want to have a successful Karaoke Bar, upgrade yoursystem to YouTube, so that everybody can search and sing WHATEVER they want to sing. The pricing here is also too much, for sucha below average experience. Please, if you are planning on going here, don't. You'll only waste your time and money. Read more

Ordering is simple, the music selection is fantastic, the atmosphere is cozy, and for an underground establishment it's not... awful. A delightful encounter that comes highly recommended. Read more
