Lets start off we paid 30 per car for parking which was 60 dollar. we order food and it was ok chicken tenders was hard ... looked as though the grease dirty and old cause the tenders was dark the waitress never came back to see how the food was sowhen she finally came back we explained the tenders was hard she said i can take a percentage off. I asked for the managerthey never came so when she did come back she took them off i also had to ask her name she stated its hard to pronounce which itwas but still she should introduced herself before taking the orders. Oh and they closed at 7pm and they didnt even tell usuntil she came back but on the internet it states 12 she stated because of the volume they closed early so i guess they weregoing to inform us before putting us out.. first visit last visit bad experience Read more
We attended the Carnival of Chaos so this is based on that experience. The displays were awesome hence 5 stars for atmosphere. ... It was a bit overcrowded but expected on the Saturday eve before Halloween. I'd highly recommend this experience because italso came with 2 free drink tix. We paid $25 each to get in so figure that nets out to about $15-18 each with the free drink. Service was typical bar level...nothing unique or special, just ehhh. On the bonus side, we used our wristband from Rizzos andslipped into Deuces PopUp bar down the street. Rizzos displays were by far the best...better than most high $$ haunted houses. Food service was done when we got there so I didn't rate that. Parking sucks in Wrigleyville especially on a Saturday night. Figure $30-50 to park anywhere decent. Read more

Went before a concert and the staff were super pleasant and attentive. Food was great. I ? that they have a bathroom... attendant!!! Bathrooms were super clean. The interior was bright and love the glass roof. Will be back! Make a reservationonline a day or two ahead of a big event. Totally worth it Read more
Although the quesadilla we had was rather good, it was way too expensive for what you get. My wife and I decided to stick with... splitting the appetizer and keep room for a dog and a beer at the ball park. Once our waitress realized this, she seemed to loseinterest in us. We had to ask another waitress for cutlery that was never brought to us, and I also had to ask for a check. Theenvironment seemed unfinished, missing a lot of opportunities for deco. It's a BASEBALL bar and grill, so why not design theinterior around that? Instead, it felt like a quickly set-up bar with some tables in a recently vacated office space. The beerwe were served was in a can and cold or frozen glasses were not offered with them. At this, I was SHOCKED to the edge of beingoffended! Charge $7 for a beer and do not even present you with a bottle, or even a chilled glass. This place acts like itthinks it is within Wrigley field, instead of out in the world. Service was pretty bad. Our server stopped checking in on us we and we had to ask the other employees to track her down. I would... understand if it was busy but there were only four other tables. This was a really cool place to relax and have a drink and food before the game. The food was pricey but pretty good! Giving... this 2 stars because service was TERRIBLE and it was terrible for those around us too who were all talking about theirfrustrations. The waitress was spending time hanging out with the security at the front host stand and on her phone, would tryto walk by quickly - the rare times she did come by and would see empty glasses and try to walk away without asking if we wantedmore, and our sales would have been way higher had she done her job. With prices that high, our service should have been WAYbetter and that is my main complaint. The bus boys were far more diligent and friendly! Read more
