We went to the new brewing location on Kedzie and were blown away by the size of the space and the number of options available... for ALL types of beer drinkers (not just those who like IPAs) and people. To sum up my review of Revolution Brewing in one word: WOW. This brewery was on my bucket list - after watching Drinking Buddies... only 1.5 billion times. So, my partner and I planned a trip to Chicago and I grabbed tour tickets for Saturday. Upon on arrival,you enter through a side door from the street through a little hallway and then BOOM! -beautiful, cavernous taproom teeming withhappy people and friendly staff. We grabbed a couple of tasters before our tour, Freedom Lemonade and Eugene Porter - bothdelicious and traditional to their styles. Our tour guide was Adam, who is, seriously, the raddest dude on the face of thisplanet. My boyfriend and I both enjoyed his charismatic energy and passionate knowledge of beer, brewing, and everything inbetween. It was the best brewery tour I've ever been on. I was excited to see the behind the scenes of the movie and loved tosee how Revolution has grown. The brewery, beer, and the tour are enough to go back, but Adam pushed it over the edge that muchmore. I'm super glad to have lucked out with having Adam as a tour guide and cannot wait to go back to visit the brewery in allits glory. Keep up the awesome job, Revolution. And never let Adam leave!! Clean, stylish, and spacious! Every beers has its unique delicious taste. The brewery area was secured and squeaky clean. The... staff were all cool and nice. The place was very organized. It offers sparkling water and still water for free. The femalerestroom offers good quality tampons, sanitary napkins, sanitizers, etc. I've never seen a female restroom that has thisthoughtful touched just in case of emergency. Massive facility that is beautiful inside. I particularly like the large American flag. I prefer this place to the brewpub since... it?s roomier and was not jam-packed in the Saturday when we visited. The bartenders were good and attentive, even as the placegot more crowded when the barrel bus Let off a crowd. They have an excellent selection of taps and to-go beers.
