I usually order the catfish fillets which is delicious, but I tried the catfish nuggets meal and it was horrible. I noticed... they don't clean the black and silver stuff off the nuggets which makes the nuggets taste very metallic and fishy. So far that'sthe only bad experience I had with them. Read more
I've always wanted to taste"Red Snapper" since heard folk talking about this particular fish so when we saw this place my wife... decided to buy some for me. This was our first time trying this neighborhood spot, so we got some of everything on the menu. We spent $95, and I regretted... it all. I will never go back. Customer service was great, but the food was not. We ordered perch, Jack salmon, shrimp,gizzards and wings. What I could physically eat was lacking flavor. It was fried so long that it resembled hard fish jerky. The only item that was somewhat pleasant were the boneless wings because they were huge pieces of chicken. The only issue withthem was that they were swimming in BBQ sauce. This was around lunchtime on a weekday, and the restaurant wasn't crowded, sonot sure why I received subpar food. I always like to patronize local businesses, but I don't like to waste my money, and $95wasted left a bad taste in my mouth. Read more
