I ordered through Uber Eats app last night I got the six piece BOGO wings. The wings the lemon pepper was in a cup on the side... the fries were black cold and old I advise anybody who ordered through the app to not order through the app because they'll giveyou anything because you're not present to check your order please do not deliver through app their has skyrocketed for poorquality of food and poor quality of service because the little girls that they haven't had the counter as well is very rude Read more

The food is good, the customer service is awful, not all but some young people should not serve the public, ordered a $60.00... delivery order, food missing after it took her 20min and her phone dying and disconnecting the call twice, reading it back to mecorrect, but yet forgetting my food, drove there and waited 15min for missing food, proceeded to check my bag, was told can youmove over, ummmm. I always order from here for delivery because the prices is good, but every time I order my meal is always missing something.... But i guess you can call me dumb cause I continue to order from here. But today I call at 9:44pm for my order that?s would take45 minutes to prepared, and I have not received my order, because the store closed at when I called back @ 10:56 and I barelywas able to get a respond because the worker would answer the phone just to state that Red Snapper was close. Next time I'll just go to Whales which is a mile down the road. Here's why... We placed an order over the phone and was told it... would be ready in 20 minutes. I waited 30 minutes before going to pick the food up. They didn't start cooking the food until Iarrived, they said because it was a big order. Why take call in orders if you're not going to make the food until the customerarrive. Another customer called in an order for a pizza puff. He was told that they don't make the orders until you arrive.Crazy right? Once my food was ready. It set on the counter for about 10 minutes while one lady was standing in the corneranother one was in the lobby talking to her friend. Then she went back behind the counter to ring her friend food up and bag herfriend food up while the rest of our food just set on the counter. Never again. There are better options out there.
