I ordered the special BOGO 20 wings and fries (40 wings and fries) $39.99 my total after taxes and fees came out to $55. The... chicken was done but could have cooked for 2-3 minutes longer as it was greasy and loaded with lemon pepper. Also I requestednapkins and mild sauce on the side and when I received the delivery there was no mild sauce nor napkins. The chicken was tastybut without mild sauce or condiments then it's not worth having for dinner. I have been shopping here for several years. Buffalo Hot Wings ARE NOT prepared fried with flour! This store FID NOT used to fry... the Buffalo Hot Wings in flour first regardless of what the Manager said to me today! It makes them mushy!! I have been buyingthem for years at this restaurant. I can't eat flour because of the wheat gluten this is why I always order this type of wing! Iwork right next door and I will NEVER eat here again. Terrible customer service, unsanitary food handling practices and just a hot mess all the way around. The staff don?t know how... to greet customers properly and they are too busy eating, drinking and Face Timing friends in front of customers. They areconstantly touching their phones, hair and other personal items while handling peoples food. They also don?t wear hair nets!Completely disgusting!!!!! The only reason I gave them one star is the cashier was very nice!! This is the second time I patronized this restaurant and the... food was disgusting. The first time I patronized here, it was disgusting but it was months ago and due to the bad weather and it was near my home...I stopped by hoping for a better experience . Before I ordered I told the cashier about the bad experienceI had and to ask the cook to please cook my food fresh because the last time it was so disgusting I threw it away. This issuppose to be catfish and it?s clearly old af...no good. Why would you sell this to someone ? $22 and now I have to drive backout during a snow storm & bad weather conditions. This is the worst food establishment I?ve ever encountered over the counter and delivery. I order a large gizzard dinner with... mild sauce on it and lemon pepper and extra mild sauce on the side. I also ordered and liter pop with banana pudding. The dinnerhad only lemon pepper and extra lemon pepper at that and no mild sauce to go with it. They also gave me no napkins or spoon/forkto eat my pudding with. On top of all of that, it took the order almost 45mins to an hour to be delivered to me. The food wascold and dry. Last the delivery guy had the worst customer service that I?ve ever encountered. I highly recommend that you getyou food from anywhere else but there. I wish there was a 0 stars button because that?s what this establishment would havereceived. PLEASE EVERYONE, SAVE YOUR MONEY BUY NOT SPENDING IT WITH RED SNAPPER ON 53rd and Dorchester. Just awful. The cashier was rude. Bragging about how she refused 3 customers that day while talking on the phone. The customer infront of me... notice how nasty the cook was for not washing his hands after cleaning. So he got a refund and i did too. So that's 5 customersthe owner lost in one day. That cashier should be fired. Read more
