This is a perfect example when you turn healthy food buisiness into MONEY buisiness. The food quality is terrible, no passion or... creativity put into the dishes.For example, what is "REAL GOOD" about your vegan kale salad? Huge chunks of kale that you didnot massage to break down the fibers (so it ca be soft and tasty ).You are selling kale salad and DO NOT KNOW the BASIC methodsof preparing a kale for salad? I frequent this place of good vibes and great nutrition because everything is fresh; the environment is on point; the workers... are friendly, hard working & seem to enjoy their jobs; the menu is thought out and ever evolving, and I want to supportbusinesses like this. Both their avocado toast and bagel sandwiches are incredible. They?re so fresh and filling?definitely a good bang for your buck!... The staff is very accommodating and their coffee is sneaky good. This is my go to spot if I want delicious food and drinkswithout any fuss. Read more
