Wonderful setting, food and service. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options. A nice and healthy change for breakfast. I tried... their honey granola which was good for breakfast before you start your day. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly; theyhelp me to choose what?s best option to eat on breakfast. Opens early and minimal lines at early hours. Smoothies were tasty and quick, very friendly service. Pricy, but for the location... near Millenium Park and the Riverwalk, right in line with lower quality competitors. Recommended! Read more

On my wandering through Chicago?s Millennium Park on a hot day, I found myself wanting a light healthy lunch that wouldn?t weigh... me down. Protein Bar is a short walk from Millennium Park, and offers various bowls, salads, and wraps with healthy andvegetarian options as well as a menu that clearly marks what has gluten. I ordered the Healthy Club Salad and thought it wasdelicious and tasted fresh. There was way more dressing on the salad than I would want, so next time I would ask for thedressing on the side. Flavor was good but the emphasis on high protein has made people forget that calories are not actually evil. Portions were too... small. Also tried my friend's protein shake... 8$ for coffee mixed with protein powder. Read more

Stopped by for a quick, healthy breakfast while visiting Chicago. It was early in the morning and there was not a line. Wanted... to stay away from the parfaits, so ordered a scramble. They quickly made it and it was ready within 5 minutes. It was freshlymade and put together well. It had eggs, asparagus, almonds, and pumpkin seeds. Serving size was good for a light breakfast. Was able to grab a seat and some water while eating the scramble. Good place to come for a quick light breakfast. Read more

Very good place to eat a healthy meal at. You can easily see the ingredients and amounts of protein of every item on the menu.... Food is made fresh right In front of you. Prices are very reasonable for a shop that is located right on Michigan Ave. Will becoming back for sure. Read more

I keep successfully finding great vegan food on this trip!! Great options for vegan and gluten free. Don't worry carnivores... there are healthy options for you here too!
