Went to the hospital to visit someone and since I was hungry I decided to stop by the protein bar and kitchen that is inside the... hospital. There was nobody at the front desk but didn't take long for someone to come out and help take my order. Once my orderwas made the wrap I ordered was made fast as well as the green juice. Both of these were good so if I'm ever around I'll stop byagain at this location. The decor is nice and hip. The service was nice and fast. The juice gave me the energy I needed for theday. Read more
Very underwhelmed... Normally my reviews are 4 or 5 stars but not this time. If I could give them a 1.5 stars, I would but... since I can?t, let?s round up. It?s on Northwestern?s campus which is a beautiful campus but it was a little tricky to findwithin one of NW?s buildings. I ordered the steak bowl with no beans and as you can see, it was almost 50% beans ? and it cost$12.... To be fair, I didn?t say anything to staff because we were in a hurry and it takes them some time to prepare the food. This was probably my first time eating 100% vegan food at a vegan restaurant! Got seated immediately. Atmosphere has a very... soft, calming ambiance. Server was friendly and prompt. Ordered the Harvest salad and hippie shake. I was pleasantly surprisedat just how delicious plant based food could be. The shake was a perfect blend of taste, texture and flavors.
