This place is really good! We had a great dinner and never felt rushed. The food is delicious though it is pricey. The drinks... are also great, and have a very herby theme (rosemary cocktails, artichoke negroni, etc). They have gluten free pasta, andgluten free meatballs. Read more

My partner and I love this place, it’s our go-to date night spot. Everything on the menu is amazing, so you really can’t go... wrong. Please get the focaccia, and if you’re gluten free, you’ve got to get past that. The owner is also the head chef andyou can watch this beautiful man work his magic from the comfort of your own table. At a reasonable price too! If you’rereading this chef, I think I love you. Order a bravazzi, grab a sweet date, have some snack, nourish the soul. Bye Read more

Beautifully made pasta and nice atmosphere. Great selection of cocktails and wines and the pastas taste so fresh! Friendly host... and wait staff as well. Great neighborhood spot. Definitely get there right when they open though because they fill up fast! Read more

We have been to the restaurant a few times in the last year, inside and outside. We have tried something different each time.... Most recently we (3 of us) were there on 8/19/22. Our server was knowledgeable and helpful and she knew the menu well. We shareda shrimp appetizer with toasts and we enjoyed it. We had gnocchi which were very light and puffy. The meatballs were deliciousand well sized.the chicken with linguini and asparagus was tender and delicious. Desserts were tiramisu and flourless chocolatecake, and there wasn’t a crumb left. Our son lives around the corner, so this is a nice walkable option and a satisfying meal. Read more

The staff and chef are all amazing. I had my steak cooked wrong and the waiter didn’t make a big deal about it. He was very... kind and brought me a fresh steak with all sides included. I eat here often and I’ve never had a bad experience. Richard wasmy waiter and he was absolutely great! Read more

Good Italian food in Chicago is an expectation, to say the least. You can't huck an Italian beef sandwich without hitting a... joint serving decent Italian food. But PR Italian Bistro serves AMAZING Italian food, and thus stands head and shoulders abovethe crowded Italian culinary scene. Their menu eschews a vast number of pages, instead favoring a focused selection ofincredible eats prepared with fresh ingredients and the kind of care normally associated with nonnas. Though the quality comeswith a price tag, PR Italian Bistro is worth every single penny, and then some. Read more

I've been going to this place for years. I got two salads over the last few months that had yellow arugula in it, with just a... few good pieces sprinkled over the top to make it look nice. So not only do they have bad produce, but they know it and they'retrying to hide it. Tried to give it a pass. But recently ordered a few dishes and the containers that the food was in camesmelling like mothballs. Like it was in a damp moldy basement kinda smell and it transferred to the food. I almost threw up whenI got the food. The meat was really bad quality, like something you get from Walmart. Chef is a great cook but you can't skimpout on the quality of the ingredients and what you deliver your food in. *Do you really have to be that cheap?* Your customershave been supporting you through the pandemic and keeping your business alive. Our account has ordered from you countless timesthroughout the pandemic and you should recognize that. Instead of giving us quality delivery you give us your worst productsbecause we're not in house to complain about it. Shame on you! Lost a customer here. Edit: We don't appreciate being calledliars. It's a childish way to address a customer experience that you don't want to hear. I cannot upload the awful smell of yourto-go containers, but see the picture of your arugula salad - the one you say has no yellow leaves. It was ALL yellow underneaththe first layer. We threw it out. Read more
