Excellent Service to the (3) Black Women working the front Today during lunch time!! Excellent customer service- My sandwich was... beyond EXCELLENT! The Freshest meat and veggies Ive had in a very long time. I was in and out and back to work to enjoy myWreck! This has to be the best PotBellys in the City of Chicago! We sent a very polite negative review to the store/headquarters but never got any reply. To sum it up: don?t go to this Potbelly... location. The staff is rude, they think it is okay to shout at you and the food is mediocre. Avoid this place. Read more

Food is good as any other Potbelly location. My only gripe is the customer service can be better. They have a couple of rude... employees, one in particular. And it seems to rub off on others here. And the vibe seems to affect others. Honestly I lovePotbelly food but the service here often makes me go for other options. Read more
First time coming in because I?ve seen the employees come to my store on Ohio St to get ice cream, and I was confused for a... quick second about what I had ordered and the employee cashing me out got snappy with me talm bout some ?i GoT yOuR fIrSt PaIrWhAt dO yOu HaVe tHeRe??. I ordered sandwich today and asked for everything in it even confirmed each item one by one. When I got home and open it, it had... nothing but tomato, hot papers and tuna with cheeses. She missed salad, pickles, dressing, and ect. I even asked for doublepickles. Extremely unhappy. Read more
