This was my first time ever ordering potbelly?s or even stepping in to a potbelly?s store. My sister and I were immediately... greeted by all the staff. I told them it was my first time in there, the manager (I think) Miguel, gave us a rundown on how itall works and answered all of our of questions with a smile on his face. Came to Chicago to explore the city and came across this shop. The reviews said the place was really good so I tried it out. I... walked in and was looking at the menu and when I went over to ask about the sizes of the bread I was interrupted by the lady atthe counter. Super rude lady pretty much said to move out of the way because that counter was used for ordering and since Iwasn?t ready I had to ask questions at the back. I went to over to ask and she just had a really rude attitude. I placed myorder and not even a minute later I noticed k ordered the wrong size bread and told her if I can change the size she rolled hereyes and said ?so you don?t want this one that I already made? I said no sorry i want to other size and she said ?ok so I haveto throw this one away and make another one? I said I guess so and she just kept rolling her eyes at me. I had a pleasant experience today at Potbelly. I place an online order through the app for a AvoTurkey sandwich & Pot Pie soup.... Shortly after placing my order, I received a call, from whom I believe to be the manager, stating that they ran out of Pot Piesoup and the next batch would be ready in an hour! I was devastated, Pot Pie soup is my favorite. The manager proceeded withgiving me options on what can be done to resolve the issue. I decided to get chips and a cookie in place of the soup. I?m a big fan of Potbelly?s Italian Sandwich. It?s my ?go-to? pick every time I dine in or take it to go. This was my first... time at this location. My wife ordered online for pickup, so we had zero interaction with the employees. (This is my reason whyI gave this location 4 stars.)
