This was my first time ever ordering potbelly?s or even stepping in to a potbelly?s store. My sister and I were immediately... greeted by all the staff. I told them it was my first time in there, the manager (I think) Miguel, gave us a rundown on how itall works and answered all of our of questions with a smile on his face.
