The manager at night said he couldn?t serve me because according to him a medal part of the oven had came out but just seen... them make two sandwich for someone else and they close at 9:00pm and I went at 8:20pm. That?s BS just want to try and get up outearly from there! And one of the girls who was making the other guys sandwich had an attitude when I asked her why they closewhen they close at 9pm that?s when the manager came out. It?s sas as I seen all the bad reviews of this pot belly isdisappointing we have parents here who be waiting for hours to have their child seen and the only one good spot a parent go stepout quick to get a bite is the worst!! Owner or who ever is in charge of this place need to get this under control! Because ofcustomers your employees get paid!!! Make sure you remind them that!!! No customer, no service, no pay! This Potbelly location is uniquely awful every single time I've visited (and I've visited a lot). If you like Potbelly food,... there are two other locations nearby that are completely fine - but you'll regret choosing this one. If you order in the store,you're almost certain to face a long and slow line along with errors in your order. If you order online, you're either in for along wait (beyond what the app says) or your order may not even be made. In a recent online order; my food was promised a fewminutes after noon. At 12:30 (which was 45 minutes after placing my order!), I still didn't have my order, and nobody could findit, even though staff had marked it "completed" in the app. I asked for a refund - but that will now take 3-5 days to process.Seriously, just visit one of the nearby locations or another local spot - you'll be happy that you did. Ordered for pickup, order wasn't ready, they asked my name, found my ticket, disappeared, reappeared with a bag they literally... threw on the pickup shelf without a name, receipt or any kind of identification, turned their back without saying anything,about a minute later she turns around again and says "your name"? "I put it up there"! Just RUDE and she probably shouldn't bein customer service with an attitude like that. The people working today were sub par. The guy making sandwiches was soft spoken and hard to understand. The woman working... behind the desk on Saturday August 27th was very rude and lacked customer service skills. These people need a lesson in mannersand customer services when serving sick and dying people in a hospital. Read more

If I could I would give this place a negative 10! I?ve never been to a pot belly and decided to give it a try thinking the... workers would be super nice, nope. They were so rude, I asked multiple question and I was ignored. The lady rolled her eyes atme, and gave me a nasty attitude! You?re employees need a reality check, I don?t care. It?s one thing to have a bad day but totreat me how they did was unacceptable. Read more

The Hot turkey provolone sandwich was delicious. The bread was nice and crusty the inside of the sandwich warm and delicious. I... also ordered broccoli cheddar soup. The soup was nice and cheesy, and for dessert I ordered a strawberry shake. It was perfect!It wasn?t too hard and frozen, nor slushy it was perfect! Read more

The worst Potbelly I've been to. I suspect management doesn't check up on this location because the staff is rude and apathetic,... which is probably not comforting at all to the people whose kids are in the hospital. In addition to the slow service, I sawstaff talking negatively about customers, even though the customers were polite and patient. One staff person was evencomplaining about having to work at all. Solution: quit and let someone who needs a job and has a work ethic work there instead.I was also surprised management allows staff to dress as if...well let's just say you see such fashion at 63rd and Halsted.
