Ordered pickup. Was ready promptly when I arrived. Food quality was terrific. One note: the location on google maps is... incorrect. The restaurant is on the side of the building facing Adams, not the side facing LaSalle. It took me a couple ofminutes to find because of that. Read more

Due to COVID, breakfast options were limited around the loop. Potbelly had temporary hours and didn't open until 9. I was... getting a late start so it worked. I had a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich and a coffee. The coffee was fresh. The sandwich wasgood and hot. Hearty portions for breakfast. They were keeping the dining area very clean. I never liked to write bad reviews but today Tuesday the 10th at 2:15 PM I came to order 3 sandwiches to go and the management... was screaming at the staff right in front of us the customers. I asked her if she was okay she responded to me in a rude manner( I am not talking to you I am talking to him ) maybe they were having a bad day but it was not pleasant. The staff always beenwonderful!!! I ask the gentleman to charge me for my order but I want it canceled. I?ve been visiting this location for yearsand I never have had a bad experience until today.
