Love visiting potbelly. Good food, soup, and shakes for a reasonable price. Additionally, you can be apart of their rewards... program and get rewards or emails for free things quite frequently! Of the sandwich places, can't go wrong stopping at aPotbelly's! Read more
Update 9/4/2019: how do you always manage to deliver late. It is just one block away. You would think that sandwich order should... be quick right. I guess not here. Update 5/15/2019: ordered again. Worst Management for a Sandwich shop Ordered a sandwich from Potbelly mobile app with pickup time of 12:50pm. I had to wait for... one hour for this sandwich for so called "Order Ahead" order. There were 20 people waiting there for mobile orders for more than30-40 mins but employees were serving walk-ins first. I have never seen bad management of delivery like this anywhere else. Service is exceptional! The gals behind the counter really know what they are doing. The food is fun and seasonal (blueberry... maple breakfast sandwich... whaaat?). I highly recommend the frozen pink lemonade. Prices are reasonable - a shocker for adowntown food establishment. I would come back here again and again! Read more
Ordered one bowl of soup online for pickup around noon. The website claimed it would be ready by 12:15. We got our order at... 12:48. We weren't the only people waiting for a long time, and this isn't the first time we've had to wait longer than theestimate. There's two issues here, from what I can tell. One: the online order system does not give real estimates. Two: thestaff do not have the tools or ability to handle the lunch rush and online orders. One guy seemed to be trying to stay on top ofthe orders and people waiting. I feel for the staff because I've worked in restaurants and in awful retail stores. It's toughand unappreciated. The staff and the customers shouldn't have to deal with these situations. The company needs to step up theirsupport at this store, for both the customers and staff. Read more
