I order a salad and veggie melt sandwich for carryout , pick up process was quick and easy but they messed up on drink. I... ordered fountain drink and a bottled coke but they gave me both bottled coke. There were no silverware and paper napkins addedinto the carry out bag. ???????? for the first time experience at this location. 2nd with potbelly sandwich. I did emailed themper their response but no reply from them as its been more than 2 week. Its been over a month now since they asked me to emailand still no answer so their initial quick response does not mean resolution to my problem . Bad customer service too.???????????? Read more

I tried to send customer service an email to avoid writing a bad review and also since I noticed that potbelly was responding to... the bad reviews asking them to send them an email regarding peoples bad experience. I sent a detailed message on April 28th andhas yet to receive a response back. Yes, it has been a while but as much as I frequent there and as many times as my order hasbeen incorrect, I should get some kind of acknowledgement. In fact, although it is almost a month later and the wrong sandwichthat they gave me is still in the fridge at work (I know, gross) but I put it in there just in case I got a response and theywanted me to take it back or something ( just being considerate). The email I sent is below and I also attached a picture in theemail of the completely wrong sandwich they gave me, which screwed my entire lunch up. I went to the location at 200 S Michiganin Chicago. I always go get my lunch on my break because they?re closed before I take my lunch. This is the second time I go toeat my lunch and my order is incorrect and they?re closed and I can?t take it back and I can?t eat. I will give them creditbecause the first time, I just kept the sandwich and took it back the next day and they replaced it with the correct one. Thefirst time I ordered a tuna sandwich and she added mustard and oil to it and I don?t like them and I didn?t ask for them. Thistime I ordered the same thing, a tuna sandwich, I go to lunch a couple hours later and I don?t even have a tuna sandwich, it?schicken salad which I?m not too fond of at all. The thing is, I?m off the next two days and I don?t return to work untilSaturday and I don?t have the receipt. But It does show on my bank transactions. I?m very understanding when it comes to makinga mistake. But this is the second time that my lunch is ruined and I can?t eat. Went for lunch here because they had outside dining which was great since the weather was nice. Most of our sandwiches were what... we ordered but some didn?t have all we ordered.. left out the avocado on one sandwich and cheese on another. The thing that Iwas disappointed with is I scanned my phone app and I still didn?t receive my points which is a biggie with me. I had asked ifit scanned and was told yes it was. If it was just a couple of dollars I would not stress about it but it was a little over $50which is no small change. I sent message through their app but I have not heard back yet from them.
