Ordered online but ate inside an Italian double toasted, got it almost burnt with 4 thin slices of meat, 1 of each kind. I've... ordered hundreds of Italians before and never got skimped like this, I asked the lady at the counter if that was all the meatthat comes on it and she said yes. I think they just messed up and wouldn't admit they made a mistake and make me a new one,I've ordered from the merchandise mart about once a week so I hope this was just a mess up, pretty disappointed they couldn'tmake me a new one for a regular customer, skimpy meat and burnt. Poor costumer service. Employees are very unprofessional during the lunch break. They lacks people skill and are very... condescending towards third parties pick up personnel like DoorDash, Grubhub etc. Managers need to address such behaviorespecially on the lunch shift. Read more
Went at 2:57 employees inside cleaning and closing up the place when hours listed are 4pm. Door was locked aswell

I used to work for this exact location and the company itself was ok but that merchandise shop was HORRIBLE. The general manager... hated the lgbt Community, she would take her hair down and have a crew member help her fix it in the back of the house. She wassleeping with a crew member and giving him all the perks while the women worked overly hard. And the distract manager doesn?tand didn?t care about anyone concerns besides potbelly?s, Keitha and Jordan she made fun of women body frame if they had anaccent or didn?t learn fast enough and also Allowed her manager Sam to constantly make RACIST jokes about black people allbecause he had a black friend. I go to a lot of Potbelly?s and am a Menu Master on their app. I go here ~ twice a week because it?s in my work building. This... is by far the worst location I?ve been to. They follow the online order requests 50% of the time. Other half it?s pickles whenyou asked for tomatoes or giard when you asked for bbq. Expect your order to be 15 -20 minutes later than the pickup timebecause they?re always under staffed and behind during lunch. Wrong order pic included. Read more
