Second time in a row got wrong sandwich. Completely disorganized behind the counter. Will not go back.
They're always parking in the bike lane putting people's lives at risk as they're forced to merge into traffic.
I returned to potbelly after staying away for a few years due to a bad experience (grilled chicken given instead of grilled... cheese, I'm vegetarian). This time around they got my order mostly correct, but they still seem to have issues with customizedsandwiches. Tons of mushrooms in my sandwich, I asked for NO mushrooms. Might return once in a while, but definitely will not bea regular customer. Read more
Good place to grab a bite. I had the pizza sub and it was tasty. I have seen Potbelly's in Washington DC but didn't get to try... them. I would stop by again because the staff was very friendly and fast. I would recommend the build your own Mac and cheesewith bacon and mushrooms. Yum. Read more
DO NOT order online at this store. The food is fine, and the line moves along, but the online order will not even be looked at... until you arrive, unless you show up 30 minutes late. When it?s busy, I can understand to an extent, but not when a 40 personline goes through between when my order was supposed to be ready vs when it was actually ready. I waited 30 minutes after thetarget time. I recently made an order to be ready at 12:15. I showed up at 12:27. They only started my order after I told themI ordered ahead and gave them my name. There were maybe 5 people in line at the time, so it was hardly busy. This defeats thefundamental purpose of ordering ahead. Read more
A decent selection, and quick service even during the lunch rush. Has a selection of salads as well. Not very large, and not a... lot of seating. Read more
Really good service. I go during lunch hour and the line is generally pretty quick. I've never had a bad sandwich. The outdoor... space is also really nice and the inside is pretty spacious too. Read more
