My friend and I came just before 8:30pm, knowing they close at 9pm. Even still, when we walked in my friend asked if they were... open as a courtesy, and the man working behind the counter looked put off and said "yeah, only for the next 30m," while lookingat the clock. Then, my friend tried to order a salad and he again seemed annoyed, and said "we haven't had a salad order inseveral hours, so I don't have fresh stuff... i'd have to go in the back and check if we have any more..." and just stood there.My friend declined and said she'd go elsewhere. But #1- why aren't there fresh options when you are still open for a good 30m?#2- why would you even state that, and not just go ahead and go check because that's your job? He was waiting for her topolitely decline, which she did. The whole experience made us feel unwelcome and I would not come back to this location. I amvery courteous and understand things like this can happen, maybe 10m til close. But come on, if you're open for 30m please don'ttreat your customers as if they're putting you off to do your job. 2 stars only because the food I was able to get, was ok. Read more
I am giving this location a 0 star. The order was a total misstep. Nobody took accountability. The delivery person totally... cancelled the order, the cashier who answered the phone was absolutely rude and unhelpful. The manager once I arrived to go pickup the food was shockingly unhelpful as well. He didn't have a choice but to refund my order, but he made me feel like I shouldhave been thankful he did that, that was minimum of what he should have done. It was the lack of empathy and professionalism.Instead of saying I apologize for this inconvenience offering a goodwill gesture/restitution he just said "it's not on us."Whether Uber made the delivery mistake or not, they are affiliated with the Potbelly company, they were driving FOR you, so yesit is your fault. Even if it wasn't, it certainly wasn't mine; the customer. Everything involved with this experience was bad, Ihave nothing kind to say about anyone I spoke with, all affiliates/employees involved. I'm shocked this situation wasn't maderight. I am shocked I wasn't offered an once of empathy from the employees especially the manager. Read more
Visited here often but things have gotten pretty bad as of late. The last time I visited to pick up an online order, I had to... wait around 15 minutes for them to finish others people's sandwiches that were walking in while I was sitting there waiting.Finally I left and called and asked them to cancel my order and they said no. Never tried Potbelly, so being next door to our hotel, decided to try it. We were so hungry, forgot to take pics..., but can... tell you the AVO Turkey sandwich was great - turkey, avocado, swiss cheese, tomato & mayo on a multigrain bun. The turkey is cutfrom a breast and not deli. The BLTA was very good as well-blt with avocado. Very efficient process in preparing the sandwiches.Was about 12 people in line, but it went fast. About 7 PM we had a roast beef and a wreck. Both were very tasty. Only saw 1 employee, but she was friendly. Busy too. There... was a constant steady flow of customers, but she kept up well... Much better than subways. Read more
My favorite PotBelly location. Friendly staff and great sandwiches, my personal favorite is the pizza sandwich.
I ordered the apple walnut chicken breast salad and it were so delicious. The best salad I have tasted yet.. wow
