Absolutely loved potbelly sandwiches. (Writing review for my experience in the past)
This is my go-to spot for salads. It can get a little crazy during the lunch rush but I've ordered up to 20+ sandwiches for our... office lunches and they were perfect every time. Some of the details may become skewed but it's REALLY busy at lunch time. I getthe salads, then take them home, dissect them and put them back together (with some extras) because there's always a little bitof chicken mixed in. I want vegan. If I had to sum up this location in two words, they would be disorganized confusion. Lots of workers running around, but nobody... appears to be in charge. Guy taking the orders keep pushing people forward, folks in the middle making the sandwiches can?t keepup and nobody is manning the register, so it creates a backup of people. They?re clearly not equipped to handle the daily lunchrush. Expect slow service and poorly made sandwiches. Read more
