The worst Potbelly location that I've been to, the reason is an employee here. I had ordered a sandwich on an app on 3/23 at... 11:05am and waited to head in until the expected time. They took 15 mins from that time to complete my sandwich. Everyone behindme filled their order before mine. I had asked the woman up front multiple times where is my sandwich and she told me "patienceis a virtue". Heck, no, it is not a virtue when you are clearly rude and in the wrong. If it takes 25 mins (from the time ofplacing the order) to complete a order, you are clearly doing it wrong. At the end, she took my sandwich, went to the back room,then came out and handed it to me. I assumed she had done something unsanitary with it, so I threw it away. I cannot recommendthis place any less. Read more

Asked for a BLTA with no tomato and the worker confirmed everything but no tomato and gave me this nasty mess. I also got a... veggie melt and they just threw mushrooms all over it. I waited awhile for such a simple order. Read more
Bad: 1. sandwich construction was "slap-dash" at best. 2. You forgot to give me my drink and I was annoyed about my debit card... not working and having to use my credit card and forgot all about it until I got back to work and realized I was never handed acup. So I paid 2.99 for a tiny bag of chips. 3. Your service was slow and inefficient. 4. No napkins or spoons provided; hard toeat soup without a spoon. 5. I asked for my sandwich to be lightly toasted. This was NOT lightly toasted. I am sounimpressed. The only redeeming factor is, the food tasted, ultimately good. However, I do not believe it was worth the $13 Ipaid for it. Shame... You are so close to my job. Eating there frequently would have been so convenient. Read more
While the food was good, the staff were the most difficult and disrespectful I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Half... of the seating area was closed off during the middle of the day, and high top chairs are difficult to access with a bad knee.Staff were more concerned with talking amongst one another than assisting the pile up of customers in the front, and the girlthere had an attitude when taking orders. It doesn't help that she was extremely difficult to understand, and was hard ofhearing as well. Having visited other locations I know this isn't an issue, but this experience was unacceptable all around. Read more

Solid Potbelly location with friendly staff and very fast service (especially during the lunch rush during the week). Sandwiches... are exactly as you'd expect and the macaroni and cheese is amazing. Love this place! Read more
Avo turkey always on point. Staff is always pleasant and efficient.
