The worst Potbelly location that I've been to, the reason is an employee here. I had ordered a sandwich on an app on 3/23 at... 11:05am and waited to head in until the expected time. They took 15 mins from that time to complete my sandwich. Everyone behindme filled their order before mine. I had asked the woman up front multiple times where is my sandwich and she told me "patienceis a virtue". Heck, no, it is not a virtue when you are clearly rude and in the wrong. If it takes 25 mins (from the time ofplacing the order) to complete a order, you are clearly doing it wrong. At the end, she took my sandwich, went to the back room,then came out and handed it to me. I assumed she had done something unsanitary with it, so I threw it away. I cannot recommendthis place any less. Read more

Asked for a BLTA with no tomato and the worker confirmed everything but no tomato and gave me this nasty mess. I also got a... veggie melt and they just threw mushrooms all over it. I waited awhile for such a simple order. Read more
Bad: 1. sandwich construction was "slap-dash" at best. 2. You forgot to give me my drink and I was annoyed about my debit card... not working and having to use my credit card and forgot all about it until I got back to work and realized I was never handed acup. So I paid 2.99 for a tiny bag of chips. 3. Your service was slow and inefficient. 4. No napkins or spoons provided; hard toeat soup without a spoon. 5. I asked for my sandwich to be lightly toasted. This was NOT lightly toasted. I am sounimpressed. The only redeeming factor is, the food tasted, ultimately good. However, I do not believe it was worth the $13 Ipaid for it. Shame...
