Ordered delivery for lunch today and a few items were missing from my order. I called the store to tell them and was... transferred to a manager named Stormy (I think that was her name) and I didn?t even get to fully explain what was missing beforeshe gave me a snotty response and hung up on me!! This is the second time in a row that I had large parts of my order missingand a rude experience from the staff there when calling. Last time when I called with issues they said I had to call back onMonday and I never got a call back from a manager so nothing was ever rectified. Sounds like Potbelly needs to clean house atthis location, never even got to explain that there was more than just my shake missing because their employee Stormy couldn?tpossibly care less about their customers. Plenty of other sandwich shops to give your business to, I?d avoid until they showhow to treat customers. Read more

So I got the I believe turkey avocado which comes with bacon (way salty the bacon I would not get it if u dont salt like me)but... pretty good and a vanilla milkskake (bery goo) but they forgot to put my little cookie around the straw..I had ordered onlineand said my order would be ready by 12:05pm this is on a friday before Memorial so not to to busy I got there about 12:10 andthey were still working on my order..my pet peeve is when a place has your drinks ready before your food and luckily i had a m.sso it was still had a consistency since it was in the cooler..but other than great stuff..prices a tad too high for my likingthough but good place Read more

I'm laying here frustrated with a healing broken leg. Ordering my delicious meal (chili, avo chicken sandwich, and salad) from... Potbelly through Active Menus made the ordering process very easy and the food was delivered on time and hot. Read more

I called this morning and both women that I answered the phone and took my order were extremely rude. The one that took my order... was forcing me to finish up my order quickly which took only bout a minute while I was placed on hold for ten minutes. When Itold her that I wanted two of the same sandwiches she instantly got irritated. When I went in to pick up my order it wasn?t busyand she had the nerve to speak Ill bout me to her coworker like I wasn?t right there. All i asked was to explain my bill. Ordered my food online for faster service. When I got to the store 15 minutes after ordering online. I was informed that my... order was going to take 10 minutes. That?s a total of 25 minutes. Ordering my food in the store would be been way quicker toreceive food. This location had no other customers inside. The whole point of doing things online is to have faster serviceespecially with with Covid. I was very unhappy with the service when informing them of this. Read more
