I am just so proud every bite I had out that chili bowl warmed my heart ??. Farm house salad with balsamic dressing AMAZINNGGG.... Don?t let me forgot that chocolate brownie cookie I just couldn?t stop eating it - time to hit the gym. I may say Customer alittle iffy workers didn?t knoe about the items or products. Placed my order hours ahead. Called to check status due to delivery was not received at time frame. On hold for 15 min to notify... order was misfiled. Called back 20 min later to check on status, they had to route delivery with door dash. Unable to getupdated on delivery. Almost one hour later from original delivery time and no food received. Terrible customer service. I would give zero stars to this location, if possible. I called ahead with my order and was told it... was an inconvenience for me to call in my order and I should place it online even though they offer call ahead. I arrived andthe store was empty and paid for my order (they had trouble processing credit cards over the phone). I then sat and waited formy order. While waiting multiple new customers got in line and were moved through and checked out while my sandwich sat at theend of the toaster getting cold. Atrocious. I live in the neighborhood but will go to Lincoln Ave location from now on - neverhad any of these issues there. Read more
Both the customer service and quality of the food were less than satisfactory. The shift lead and associates were very... unwelcoming. The associate at the register gave me a milkshake that was running over the lid and made no attempts to clean it upso I had to walk out the door with a leaky shake. Very good food, Mac and cheese was a bit undercooked. However, the service was very friendly, and the sandwiches were warm, and... well made.
