NEVER COME HERE!!!!! I came here with an online order and I waited over 45 minutes and STILL wasn't even close to having food... ready. I have visited this location before and never was I ever asked to place my order online as I'm standing right in front of the... staff. They ignored me when I was nothing but polite. I kept telling them what my order was, and they just didn't care. They kept... asking what my order was and it was obvious they were treating me like a joke. Why? Went here for lunch today and ordered a salad. A fight broke out among two staff members, one of whom was taking my order, that... escalated quickly. The police were called. It was scary, and many customers left. Whoever the manager is didn?t seem to havethings under control. Thankfully one staff member came out from the kitchen after a while and allowed me to pay for my orderthat was ready at the counter. Though I?d say under the circumstances, maybe it should?ve been on the house? They forgot mydressing and utensils of course, though can?t really fault them for it under the circumstances. Service was quick and great, food was good as always. No line for lunch around 12:30 midweek. Didn't know where to order though,... but may not have seen the sign (go to the right when you come in). Horrible. Ordered 30 mins ahead and they only fill as you come in. Many people were mad and what happened to my soup? If you... went out of lids just give me next size up. Your lid don't close because it's pressing on small container. Half of the hot soupleaked all over my hands and my car when i removed the foil. My salad was half closed and tasted bland. This is my favorite Potbelly in Chicago. This Potbelly churns sandwiches out like a factory! They juggle between loads of online... orders and in person orders. They always have multiple people working and the staff are wonderful! Even if it?s busy, they?llgreet you and they always make sure your order is correct. There?s also something special about this Potbelly. I?m not surewhat they put in their sandwiches or salads but it just ends up tasting better than other Potbelly?s. Read more
