I would not recommend this Potbelly. They consistently make half empty sandwiches. Pics included of my sad, sad ?big? tuna today... that also had missing onions. This has happened a few times so I should?ve learned my lesson by now, but I keep hoping it was afluke. But I think it?s time to say good bye to potbelly deliveries from this location! Read more
I ordered through Uber eats and I was taking my third bit into my veggie sandwich and almost cracked my molar on a huge olive... pit! Not sure how that would have accidentally happened but it freaked me out. I wont be ordering ever again to potbelly?s. Iwas very lucky. This was a huge pit in the middle of my sandwich. The worst potbelly store I've ever ordered from, and it's frustrating because they are the only one that is in delivery range,... so I don't have another option. Most of the time I order, something is incorrect or forgotten. I call to ask them to add thingsto my order that the app doesn't let you, and more than 75% of the time they forget completely. I called tonight because Iasked for dressings to be added and the associate said he would take care of it. The order arrived with no dressings and Icalled back to ask him what happened and he said he didn't know if they got put in the bag but he "told someone else" to do it.He could have done it himself but then he passed the buck onto someone else when it didn't get done. This happens most of thetime I order. I used to work at potbelly so I know how things work in that shop....the service displayed here is unacceptablefor the quality the company promises. Do better. I've come here a few times and most of the time the employees are happy to talk to and are relaxed. This last time I came to get... a tuna sandwich and it was done just right with hot peppers to give it a bit of a kick. The milk shakes are also good and theycome with a cookie. As for the location, it's clean for the most part and had plenty of seats to choose from. I also like thatthe place has parking and is free. Out of all the sandwiches I like the chicken one the most. And out of the shakes I like theOreo cookie. You can also enjoy the sandwich with chips and a soda if that is your preference of course. And when you are feellike having a salad they have them too. Sandwich had barley any ingredients. Usually dripping with goodness and flavor especially in NYC. Dry and disappointing at this... location. Literally a pinch of feta and a single sliver of artichoke on my Mediterranean. Had to add mustard at home bc itlacked so much flavor. Moistest thing was the soup lol Read more
