I very respectfully asked for extra of 3 condiments and didn?t get them. In my face, they verbally confirmed this request as... they prepared my sandwich. I even TIPPED BEFORE TASTING; entrusting them. Never again. Staff SEEMED kind, but?.. actions speaklouder than fake tones/words. I order pickups from here often and last time they messed up my sandwich, so I stopped in again and explained to them the issue.... Jermaine (not sure if I spelled their name correctly) was so nice and apologetic he made me a new sandwich with no issues & afree cookie. So disappointing!!!! I make an order for a party and what I get at the pick up wasn't anything like what I thought I order. So... easy and order for 20 portions how do you explain that I only get 12? Place is a mess. We have been here 20 minutes snd no one has cleaned the outside tables that are a mess and dirty. Prices are up... over 25% and they ask for a tip as you pay. Very uncool. Read more
If I had zero stars I?d post it, they charged me for A Big sandwich with double meat and it doesn?t t have double meat! I asked... for heavy condiments and it only has plenty of lettuce barely sauce. HORRIBLE. This not even for me I don?t wanna give theperson intended this trash. Read more
the staff treats their customers so poorly! not only did i wait 50 minutes for my mobile order last week (it was supposed to be... ready at 11:40 and i didn?t get my order until 12:30) but one of the staff members kicked out me along with my friends frombeing seating for more than 15 minutes. we all had potbelly orders that we were either still waiting for or eating. we weren?tbeing disrespectful, or loud. the employee kicked us out for no reason, even though we were all paying customers. we have allbeen there multiple times and haven?t ever heard of a ?15 minute seating policy? that the employee claimed they had (it was notposted anywhere either) they have terrible customer service, and i will not be coming back.
